Equipment
- Baking Sheet

Ingredients
- 1 lb Bacon
- 8 Eggs
- 1 bag Thomas' Plain Bagel Thins
- 8 slices Kraft American Singles
Instructions
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Place Bagel Thins on baking sheet and put in the oven for 10 minutes. Take out and set aside.
- Fry bacon in frying pan until done to your preference. Set aside and let drain on a paper towel. You can also bake the bacon in the oven on a parchment lined baking sheet if you would rather do so.
- Put one slice of American Cheese on each bagel.
- Put approximately 4 slices of bacon on eight of the bagel halves.
- Fry eggs a few at a time. Gently break the yolk but do not scramble eggs as you want to divide them into individual sandwich sized servings. Cook all eggs until you have 8 total. Gently sprinkle with a dash of salt and pepper.
- Place one egg on top of each of the bagel halves with the bacon. Place the other half of the bagel on top and serve.
- These sandwiches do store well as leftovers. Just place them in a plastic storage bag and put in the fridge or freezer. When ready to use, pull the bagels out and re-heat in the microwave for 45 seconds.
