This is a very tasty version of the Creamy Onion Soup recipe that I have published previously. You would simply follow that recipe and then after blending the soup to a creamy smoothness, simply add some green chiles and some hispanic influences by using some good spices such as cumin, coriander and a touch of chili powder.
