This is a very tasty version of the Creamy Onion Soup recipe that I have published previously.   • 4 ounces chopped green chile peppers (you pick the strength)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/8 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  • Make your creamy onion soup base from the link provided on this recipe page.
  • Add your can of green chiles to the soup mixture
  • Add your spices: cumin, coriander and chili powder
  • Mix together and cook for about 5 more minutes
  • Serve in a bowl over crunch tortilla chips or fritos and enjoy!
