Instructions
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Place Bagel Thins on baking sheet and put in the oven for 10 minutes. Take out and set aside.
- Take your avocados and slice in half. Scoop out the avocado and place flat side down. Slice the avocado length-wise to make fairly thin slices for your sandwich.
- Put one slice of American Cheese on each bagel.
- Put one slice of tomato on top of cheese.
- Put approximately 4 to 6 slices of avocado on eight of the bagel halves.
- Fry eggs a few at a time. Gently break the yolk but do not scramble eggs as you want to divide them into individual sandwich sized servings. Cook all eggs until you have 8 total. Gently sprinkle with a dash of salt and pepper.
- Place one egg on top of each of the bagel halves on top of the sliced avaocado. Place the other half of the bagel on top and serve.
