No Bake Key Lime Pie
This recipe is probably one of the easiest things to make! There are only 3 ingredients in this one (well four if you include the pie shell). I always buy a store-made pie shell as they are just as good as the home made ones and a lot less hassle! I hope you enjoy this one!

Cost: $7
Equipment
- Mixing Bowl
- Mixer
- Graham Cracker Pie Shell
Ingredients
- 2 8 ounce packages of Philadelphia brand cream cheese DO NOT SKIMP HERE
- 1 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 premade graham cracker pie shell
Instructions
- Take two 8 ounce packages of Philadelphia Cream Cheese out of the fridge and let it soften for about 2 hours or so. It should be at room temperature before attempting to make this pie.
- Add room temperature cream cheese to a mixing bowl.
- Gently whip the cream cheese with a hand mixer or kitchen aid
- Add the sweetened condensed milk to the cream cheese and whip until smooth.
- Pour your 1/3 cup of lime juice into the mixing bowl and combine with cream cheese and condensed milk.
- Pour your mixture into the pie shell and put in the fridge for at least 3 hours. I try to do mine a night before so it has all night to set.
- When pie has set, cut up a slice and garnish with a lime (if you prefer) and some whipped cream. It's actually as good with the lime and whipped cream as well, so whatever your preference is fine! Enjoy!
