Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 mango diced
  • 1 florida avocado or two hass avocados
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped raw onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh minced garlic or garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Dice your mango and add to mixing bowl.
  • Dice your avocado and add to mixing bowl.
  • Dice your onion and add to mixing bowl.
  • "Rough" chop your cilantro and add to mixing bowl.
  • Add salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic or garlic powder, curry powder and cumin and mix to incorporate.
  • Sprinkle two teaspoons worth of lime juice over mixture and mix thoroughly.
  • Chill in the fridge for 1 hour and it's ready to serve. If you need to eat it sooner, by all means pull it out after a few minutes of chilling and enjoy!
