"Rough" chop your cilantro and add to mixing bowl.
Add salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic or garlic powder, curry powder and cumin and mix to incorporate.
Sprinkle two teaspoons worth of lime juice over mixture and mix thoroughly.
Chill in the fridge for 1 hour and it's ready to serve. If you need to eat it sooner, by all means pull it out after a few minutes of chilling and enjoy!
