Plate with a paper towel to drain or a wire rack
Ingredients
1packetfrozen raviolis of your choice
1serving of your favorite marinara or spaghetti sauce
1/2cupitalian bread crumbs
1/2cupflour
1/2cupmilk
1largeegg
1/2cupoil or use your deep fryer
Instructions
In one of the dredging vessels, combine milk and egg and whisk together.
Put your flour into another vessel and your bread crumbs in the last one
First put your ravioli into the flour and coat completely. I did three at a time.
Next, put your raviolis into the egg/milk mixture and coat completely.
Next, put your raviolis into the bread crumbs and coat completely.
Carefully put your ravioli into a medium high pan of oil or deep fryer and cook for 2.5 minutes on one side and 2.5 minutes on the other side. Once again, I did 3 raviolis at a time.
Repeat the same steps for the rest of the raviolis. Once all are cooked, sprinkle lightly with grated parmesan cheese.
Warm up your favorite marinara or spaghetti sauce and serve along side.
