This Honey Wasabi Dressing is so versatile and best of all, simple to make!  Use this on your salads, as a glaze for salmon, tuna or pork, or even as a dipping sauce for your home made egg rolls or pot stickers!  This dressing has all the flavors of the orient with just the right kick of heat from the wasabi.

  • Mixing bowl or small jar

Ingredients

  • 1.5 teaspoon low sodium (or regular) soy sauce
  • 1.5 teaspoon wasabi paste
  • 4 tbsp rice wine vinegar (can use regular if not available)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil (can use regular if not available)

Instructions

  • Mix soy sauce, vinegar and honey in a bowl until well combined. You can also use a jar with a lid and add ingredients into that and give it a good shake or two to combine!
  • Add your sesame oil and the wasabi paste and mix together thoroughly to make sure they are combined evenly into your mixture.
  • Use this as a salad dressing, glaze for your salmon, tuna or pork or as a dipping sauce for egg rolls or pot stickers! Enjoy!
